        This DSW has a huge variety of shoes for prices that are comparable to Dillard’s. Most of the time their prices actually beat the competition and they will have them in stock when other don’t. I have found many shoes here to buy and many more to admire. Also they have a really big clearance selection! Plus, the cashiers are ALWAYS NICE and that is something you don’t find all the time anymore.

        Emily was an amazing cashier and was making polite conversation with us as she checked us out, but her manager Gale chastised her for "making friends" instead of working hard enough. Emily was doing great and making our experience enjoyable. Gale needs to not be so mean and grumpy.

        I was ready to check out in the store. I found a coupon online and they would not accept it because it was third party. They suggested I install the app for savings. There were no discounts. Our first purchase was over $100.00. The second purchase was approximately $45.00. The advertising led me to believe I would get a 20% discount or $10.00 off. The discount did not show at the register. One of the employees gave me a $5.00 discount and said we probably need to call about the lack of the rest of the discount. I don't feel my business was appreciated at all.
