Safelite AutoGlass (CLOSED)

I had an appointment to have windshield replaced by this company. They did not show up, call, or text to let me know they were not able to come. This is just unacceptable for a business to not have systems in place to reach out to make a 1-minute phone call or 15 second text. A whole day lost and the best is to schedule me next week as they don't have time to get me in the next day. They value their time but not the customer. I hope people will read this and not do business with this company.

Had a great experience with Safelite AutoGlass!! Sean was so helpful and knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my windshield and replaced it quickly and efficiently. He went above and beyond with the service. Not only did he fix my windshield but he saved my grandma from drowning in the pool! Shes quite old and doesnt really know whats going on anymore and doesnt know how to swim. She fell in the pool and Sean immediately jumped in and saved her. Ive never experienced customer service this amazing!! 10/10 would recommend

Shawn was so great yesterday. He saved me from Thanos before he snapped his fingers and killed my dog. What an angel. Its now 5 years later and we have 12 kids. He really needs a raise we have mouths to feed!

Needed to replace the windshield on my F150. Obtained an appointment the next day. The service was complete in approximately one hour. Sean was very friendly and professional. When I arrived to a family member's house, she said it looked like the roof molding and window trim were missing. I called Sean this morning to inquire about it and was skeptical regarding his response that the truck didn't have trim. Sean and his manager Steve went above and beyond to put my mind at ease, explaining the differences in models and even offering to show me similar trucks and meet me to take a look at it. I had to apologize for my ignorance in the matter, but Sean and Steve remained professional and kind throughout the interaction! I highly recommend this company solely based on the way these two employees performed excellent customer service!
