Dunkin'

Went to just get a coffee for myself before we started our day and the customer service was great. Greeted with a "Dunkin Dunkin, what can we get for you", friendly cashier at the drive thru. I don't know who the cashier was but she was extremely nice and whoever made my frozen coffee had to have made it with a lot of love because it was a sight to behold and just really good. All in all, it was a really good start to the day for my mine and my girlfriend's 2 year anniversary. Thank you guys! Extra props to the cashier for even covering us being short 4 cents even though we could've given an extra dollar. Stellar service.

Im not sure who the heck the manager is in this facility or the owner but you guys better change the staff! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in the 60 years of my life! I will never step another foot in that facility, nor will many family and friends of mine, either! Every time you go there no one wants to service you at the cash register. It seems like all they do the few that they do have like the hide behind the wall near the drive-through window! Im not sure why this place even exist or why it exist, and how youre even money with that pathetic Staff especially the thin dark haired girl that is there on Sundays but shes definitely not the only one! Good luck with this pathetic place you call Dunkin Donuts which is suppose to be an example of why America Runs on Dunkin! SHAMEFULL!
