        I called to see how I should fix the vase on my family's headstone and the lady on the phone asked a gentleman in the background and I could clearly hear him say "I don't know" (WHAT???) The lady was trying to suggest a few things but then I could hear him in the background coaching her on what to say, I ultimately got some information that was useful but I was not impressed with how they provided customer service. If he had better attitude towards the questions and maybe got on the phone himself, This wouldn't be a 2 star review. I pray the next time I have dealings with this establishment, I have better service. ***To the lady that I spoke to, thank you for helping.

        I give the place a one star for not answering the phone or having voice mail. I've been calling non stop every day for 4 days and nothing but constant ringing in my ear. If i don't hear back from the owner, then i'm giving someone else my business. To think this business was recommended to me. I'm not impressed.
