        We purchased a property in Brunswick 3 1/2 years ago, anticipating moving in at a later date (which was recently). Hiring the team at Sea Glass was a prayer answered- we were over an hour away, and didn't want the hassle of dealing with being a landlord. Diane and Kim found us the perfect tenant, and were right on the spot with any repair issues and great communication with the tenant. Highly recommend!

        Rude on the phone, rude in email. As someone who struggles socially, it becomes a huge turn off to need to interact with them. Edit: That response is also unprofessional. In email I'd like to recommend to avoid saying things along the line of "I'm not doing that" and instead say "I will be unable to" or "I'd prefer" instead. My mother did not enjoy the phone call and I did not enjoy how off-putting the email was when I had simply done what I had been told. Thank you for taking the time to respond.

      Hi Nim,We are sorry you felt that we were rude on the phone and through email. We spoke to your mom on 3/21 and had a very nice phone conversation with her. We are sorry you felt our emails were rude as we took the time to explain to you that you needed to net 2 1/2 times the rental amount and broke down both of your incomes and did examples for you of rent and what amount you needed to net. This was also explained on the application. We did explain to your mom that we would need the declaration page of your taxes as you are self employed and we received 10 pages of your bank statement and we did state that we were not going through your statements to figure out your income as to why we wanted your declaration page. We are sorry and wish you all the best in your apartment hunting!
