Jessica's classes work the whole body and she does a great job explaining the exercise and exactly how it translates to skiing. With 8 live virtual classes over 4 weeks you will be ready for your first day on the mountain! Great for the beginner to the advanced skier.

Jessica's pre-ski workouts are the best! The Zoom format was perfect for me. I didn't loose time traveling to or from a class, yet the accountability of a live session kept me motivated to attend. I especially appreciated that the exercises are specifically tuned to ski-related movements such as absorbing the bumps, edging, skating the flats, etc. I live at sea-level, and am old enough to have a medicare card (!), but after a fall session with Jessica's training I felt strong and confident on the slopes at Breckenridge. Thanks, Jessica!!

First a little background. Im a 71 year old male that participates in variety of sports to stay active and keep in shape. When I signed up for the pre-season ski fitness class I didnt have specific expectations. I just thought I would get in slightly better shape. After finishing the class I found significant improvements in my endurance, tone and strength of both my legs and core. This is something I have not felt in many years. As a result, I find myself skiing longer and with more confidence. I have also experienced the increased endurance and strength spill over into my other sports. The classes are demanding but you will get out what you put in. The instructor does a great job explaining and demonstrating each exercise before you begin. She answers questions and offers alternative positions when students have limitations. If you are serious about getting in better shape, I would strongly suggest you give this course a try.

I found the stretches to be really helpful! I was able to use them after skiing and def felt the difference. The exercises we did, I also felt helped to prep me for the season!
