        I CALLED ON 3/21/24 REPORTING THAT MY GENERATOR DIDN'T COME ON DURING AN OUTAGE. NO ONE RESPONDED. THE POWER WENT OUT AGAIN ON 3/23/24. I REPORTED THE GENERATOR DIDN'T COME ON AGAIN AND IT WASN'T REPAIRED UNTIL THE FOLLOWING AFTERNOON. IF YOU HAD RESPONDED TO THE FIRST CALL WE WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN WITHOUT POWER FOR 15 OR SO HOURS.

        This is a great company. They diagnosed the problem with my generator instead of changing parts until it ran. I paid Brand X 2 service calls only to be told there was no problem. Casco Bay Generators, LLC is a true class act.
