        Something is wrong with your automated voice messaging system. The robot cuts you off when youre right in the middle of typing your membership number or card number. It will say invalid, incorrect, unsuccessful or too many attempts before youve barely started typing. Please fix ASAP.

        I went in to geta new debit card, and Jonathan was there to help me. He answered any and all of the questions that I had, and was super quick with everything that I needed!!

        Had no problems getting a loan or making payments. Tried 4 times to get thru on telephone today. Pushed the call back number and they never called. Nobody is answering phones today at all 09.14.23. Ive called 4 times only to get put on hold. That is equal to no customer service at all. I dont know how to direct message Jessica. You have my contact info, your CU has my loan info
