Came in for a pair of converse and Tati was very friendly and helpful! Especially with it being days before Christmas and the mall being PACKED, she kept a positive attitude while the store was busy and crowded.

I drove 12 miles to this store to pick up a pair of shoes that the manager, Sara, said they had and would hold for me. Needless to say, when I arrived they weren't physically in the store. Apparently she only looked in the computer and never physically held them. There was no apology offered, no offer to check another store or the system, no trying to sell me on a similar style, just basically oops. and you wonder why stores are closing due to online shopping?!?!

I walked into this store on the store on October 4, 2018 at about 6:45pm to buy shoes for my son, however upon walking in, two associates sat behind the counter and neither even attempted to greet me. I stayed in the store about 1 more minute after walking past the two of them and making direct eye contact to see if they would then speak. Still, nothing. After receiving such horrible customer service I chose to walk out and not spend money in an establishment whose employees couldnt give me a simple hello, welcome to our store. Im highly disappointed in the lack of service I received today.
