T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

This past Sunday I went in to the T-Mobile on York Rd in Gittings Plaza to upgrade my phone from an iPhone 12 to an iPhone 15. The retail assistant manager Mercedes J. was more than helpful. Not only did she make sure that I walked out of the store with my i-Phone 15 (at no out of pocket expense due to the promotion) she had also made me aware that I had a "grandfather plan" and that I really need to update my plan because I will receive more and better benefits in addition to a Netflix and Apple tv subscription paid for by T-Mobile. I highly recommend seeking out Ms. Mercedes J. for all you T-Mobile needs!

Ed is the man! He had so much patience with me trying to figure out my phone issues, he was willingly ready to try and figure it out despite how long it was taking. Very kind, such a cool guy. Theres a t-mobile closer to where I live, but I will travel 30 min+ to this t-mobile just for his customer service!!

Emmanuel was very patient, wonderful, and knowledgeable. When you come in the store ask for Emmanuel. He was amazing! I love TMobile York Rd.

My experience today went very well, and the young lady that helped me was very patient and knowledgeable of everything I asked her about. She was very polite as well. Thank you again, Miss Mercedes.

Unpleasant experience, today one of the T-mobile agent received us very arrogantly, she didn't even have a smile, she didn't want to help us, she didn't even approach us, my sister-in-law and I were going to buy a phone, this person was acting rude on top of us While I was calling customer service, her attitude was as if I was going to steal something, this woman is clearly racist because I am Latina, I do not recommend going to this store at all, I did not receive any type of help, even this rude woman told me to move from the place where I was looking at the phones, she made a gesture with her hand ordering me to move, how unpleasant, this person without the slightest education, this type of human being is disgusting, when I was just willing to receive a good service, this was NOT the case.
