        Depending on the time of day you go it can be crowded. Nice space and plenty of green space. However, half of the lake is under construction so you cannot circle. The lack of cars allowed to entire the circle is great for safety. I dont like the location of the parking lot inside the lake by the school due to kids going around this half circle. Its easier when the flow of bike and foot traffic can go in one direction in a full circle hopefully it will be open soon.

        Ah, the childhood memories of Lake Montebello. Back in the 70s would walk to Montebello Elementary-Middle School via Lake Montebello roadway to and from home. Loved the scenery of the area at that time.
