FX Physical Therapy - Downtown Baltimore

Shout out to Faith Reily who is helping alleviate my foot pain from plantar faciaitis and helping my foot be more resilient to reoccurring injury. The new FX PT Canton location is a much needed addition to the neighborhood as few other places specialize in hands on therapy. I especially like that each session is one on one, as opposed to other facilities where the PT is managing multiple patients simultaneously. If youre looking for quality care, this is the place!

Have had issues with this companys billing practices since I got care In the Downtown Baltimore location. Care was excellent, but they have been charging me different amounts for the span of a year. (First bill was in May 2023, months after getting care, last bill received in October both paid in Full) First I paid and emailed Caitlin Felice, Business Manager who assured me the account was at $0, months later received another bill for more than $100, paid again in full. Surprise surprise today I got an email from a collections agency on their behalf for $33 dollars!!! I just paid it again, but be aware their billing department is a big mess! beware of this company!!

I have been seeing Emily Garguilo for a running injury. From the first day I came to FX Physical Therapy, it was clear that this is not your typical factory PT clinic. Emily was very attentive, kind, and knew how to treat my injury. I am back running with better strength than before. Thank you Emily and the FX PT team, you are very special to me.

I came to FX after leaving another physical therapy practice for my full knee replacement. Changing to FX was the best decision I could have ever made. I worked with Emily and she was the BEST. We quickly built a rapport, and she pushed me effectively to get me back into shape. While she was knowledgeable and creative, what really drew me in was her personality. She always remembered our previous conversations and would always pick up where we left off. Our sessions went by like a breeze and Emily always added extra "pep" in her talk during the harder moments. I highly recommend FX Physical Therapy and if you get Emily, I can attest you're in great hands!
