        I had an amazing experience at this salon, thanks to Nick! He went above and beyond to assist me with all my skincare needs, and even helped my mom too. His patience and kindness made the whole experience delightful. Moreover, the salon services are top-notch! Although I can't recall the name of the person who did my eyebrows and hair coloring, they did a fantastic job. Overall, I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I absolutely love it! Highly recommend!

        Made a hair appointment due to their system glitch from what I was told they double booked my appointment and could not provide service. The manager gave me a goody bag to compensate for the error and told me when I was ready to book a hair appointment she would gladly give me a discount. Fast forward a month later I call to make an appointment spoke to the manager and she said she needed to get back with upper management to give me a discount never heard back that is strike two I'm done and have no intentions on going back poor communication what a disappointment.

        I dont know what her name was, but I hope she has an amazing day, being kind goes a long way. I had cologne that was $170 and she had mentioned I should have a 20% discount on my email. I didnt have my email phone with me, so she pulled up the coupon herself and scanned it. Along with $20+ of Ulta points I was able to get this cologne for less than $120. She was amazing and I cant thank her enough for such a small and kind gesture.

        I had a very disappointing experience with your manager Kelsey I thought the point of ULTAS brand was about creating a safe space for all..no matter skin tone, culture, or gender however, I did not receive the same respect nor treated like a guest who was visiting to spend my hard earned money. Not only was I referred to as a bother when I requested information on acquiring a make up artist.. I was made to feel like an intruder in what I thought was a safe place for creators and lgbtq+ especially with the political climate of the world at the moment Kelsey makes the brand of ulta look very bad and I will not be referring any of my friends to this location. If my cry is not heard I will go further until someone hears me because this is not ok.
