I would have given you a higher score but after I was told the policy cost I provided my credit card to pay for the 6 month policy. After that the agent then looked through my driving record he said there were some issues and that now the policy was going to cost almost $300 more. So I paid it but Im getting a copy of my driving record to dispute the issues and then Im going to look for another insurance company. Thank you

The agent a Ms.Bria Robinson was very professional, efficient and very knowledgeable of her job description. Was very satisfied and most of all felt like a customer should feel after conducting business.

Bria J Robinson was heaven sent! I have been totally stressed throughout my home buying experience, and this was the last item on a long list of things to do. I was unhappy with the online quote and decided to call a Maryland Geico agent. I thank God I got her on the phone. In 12 minutes, she created my policy and calmed my fears!
