My experience with Eagle Rock maintenance is nothing but positive! Tavon and Stanley are both reliable and quick. Within minutes of me calling about a service issue, I had help.

Eagle Rock Management will turn off the power with very little notice. Walk in and out of your apartment with no warning. Bad management, that has no respect for individuals renting. They treat you like a paycheck. Someone from maintenance almost hit me with their truck in the parking lot.

Tavon was wonderful as usual. He was able to get my earring out of the bathroom sink quickly and with ease.

Everything was fine living there for a while. Really old, really outdated. Roof leaked, but it's what you get for the cheapest prices. The kicker was the fraudulent $650 recarpeting they insisted they had to do because of cat urine they couldn't deep clean. Only problem is that my cat never peed on the carpet or anywhere else, I think I would have noticed if my apartment smelled like piss every day. On top of that, they randomly decided I got to pay for new drip pans for the stove that was filthy when I moved in. 1/10 don't recommend.
