I booked with Jessica and shes a magician when it comes to hair, I colored cut and styled with my curly hair, and she knew exactly what was up. So talented! Im in love and so happy with how it turned out. 10/10, 100% recommend to anyone wanting their hair done. Ill be going there all the time from now on!

Still my 100% most favorite hair salon. We see the same person every time and she does a fantastic job. Just ask for Lyn. She's very good at fashionable and contemporary cuts as well as just the basics. She's also excellent with hair dye. Most importantly is she's incredibly friendly and fun to talk to. Our bubbles is like seeing an old friend in the street and catching up on all the latest. They have some of the friendliest staff around and not just hair salons but pretty much all service industry businesses. We actually enjoy going there and just chatting with the hairdresser while she does our hair perfectly. Price wise it's Midway between your low end in and out hair cutting franchise and your high-end le fancy salon. I noticed while sitting there that between each customer they clean and sterilize all of their equipment fully. The hairdresser we see is truly an artist with hair dye and capable of doing some very exotic coloring jobs. Far beyond the standard natural look colors. We've been to the fancy places and they just don't seem to have the same understanding of edgier looks.

Friendly environment, and friendly employees. However, if you have textured hair (specifically black natural hair) I would not recommend their services. I left with my scalp dirty and filled with dandruffs. The stylist who did my hair, was not educationally equipped to style hair that is Afro textured. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the outcome of my hair. I came in for a wash and flat ironing, my stylist looked scared to touch my hair, as if she had never styled someone with Afro textured hair before. I essentially got my hair styled, while it was still dirty. And, I did not appreciate the stylist(s)for trying to gaslight me into thinking my hair looked great, when they could clearly see the flakes at the perimeter of my hair. My hair was far from being straightened, my roots are still curly, and this service was a waste of my time and money, as I couldve done a much better job. Also, the stylist(s) at this location kept trying to have me do a keratin treatment, so my hair could be more manageable for them. I have never experienced a professional salon not being able to do a simple style on Afro textured hair. It would be appreciated to let your potential clients know that you DO NOT have stylists that can manage black or Afro textured hair. Its 2024, this type of service/ ignorance should be unacceptable. Do not advertise your employees as professionals, if they can only perform styles on straight hair.
