Do not buy a car from this company. They have multiple law suits against them. They selling people lemons. This is a fraudulent company. I do not recommend anyone to do business with them

This was my first time purchasing a new car and their staff couldn't have made it any easier for me to navigate. I would hands down recommend to anyone whose in the market for the best customer service experience, experts in their field to be able to assist with finding you the right vehicle, and the best coverage to fit your specific needs! Max Drive auto is a great place to buy a car. I would like to thank Paul who stayed in touch with me the whole time I really appreciate that man you didnt have to do that but you did and Im very grateful. Theyre honest and theyll definitely work out a great deal with you. Everybody there works hard and theyre very respectful. This was my first time buying a car and despite everything going on with the pandemic they still worked with me to help me buy my first car. I highly recommend this dealership to anybody else whos buying a car. They have low prices and great annual percentage rates. If I could give this dealership more than 5 stars I would. When you come here just be honest and show that you wanna buy a car dont procrastinate and dont hesitate to reach out as long as you show them you want to buy the car you want Im pretty sure they will get you in the car you want. I would like to say a few more things though. If you dont take that extra step to help yourself they wont help you and they dont need to youre an adult . Im just speaking from a business standpoint.They need to hit sales and you wanna buy a car so dont get upset if they sell your vehicle If youre not taking that extra step. Its called business get over it. I would like to say thank you so very much to the max drive auto team for everything I know if I need another vehicle in the future I know where to it.

The worst car dealer ever. Got a car and it needed work done to it. Paperwork was never finalized when I got the car off the lot. They played games on returning my refund. They call me up there to pick up the check then I leave then they call me that same night saying to return the check because the check got cut from the wrong account. I returned the check and they didnt have the correct Check ready they told me to come back the next day I came back the next day after work and no one was there after being told to come there no cars was on the parking lot look as if it wasnt a car dealer any more.So I return the following day and the lot still look the same but they was open with Charleen in there I ask for my refund check she stated they dont have it and I have to come back Monday. Long story short this car dealer is shady and not reliable at all. Dont trust them. Poor little side dealer. I rate them 0 stars but I have to hit one star to even post my review
