        I will never visit this dentist office again. They rescheduled my appointment twice giving me less than a 24 hour notice. When I rescheduled, I scheduled an appointment for my husband and myself. We both received confirmation text days prior to our appointment. When we arrived they said I wasnt on the schedule but my husband was. I tried to show them the confirm text I received and they said it didnt come from them but my husband received the exact same text. Instead of them apologizing for the inconvenience and accommodating me they were extremely rude. Very poor customer service.

        I am a new patient. Just had my 3rd visit within 2 months..(work to be done) Dr.Kelley and her staff are very warm and friendly. They definitely made me feel like they genuinely cared about my oral health! I highly recommend and will be referring family and friends!

        My oh my where do I start first Im big on reading reviews because they say a lot but Im not big on leaving them unless bad service. Today is definitely an exception, before my visit I read reviews and chose Charming Smiles as they accepted my new insurance, 4.9 rating and location. And they lived up to this rating today!!! I felt super comfortable from beginning to the end and I do have dental anxiety while being very particular. Everyone was so nice, so patient and most of all professional as well as informative. Ive found my new Dentist Dr. Kelley and staff I cant wait to complete my Charming Smile!!
