        Hotel room was dirty, the wifi did not work, the whole outside area of the building smelled like marijuana. Didn't have any towels in our room and even after we asked we never received any. Had a family emergency and checked out early and they said they would refund that night but they didn't.

        This hotel seems to be shifting to somewhat of a homeless shelter. We were told tires were stolen off someones car right in lot during our stay. Noise and unaccompanied children. Sporadic odd odors in certain sections of hallways. A domestic dispute at the building next door with people screaming. The price is most economical during certain times but on many nights you can go to Doubletree, Westin, Sheraton, Embassy for just a few dollars more. The rooms are not as good but if you are looking for more of a business & family traveler vibe over residential setting those are options. If you can get past the feeling of a residential shelter at sonesta you do get a big spacious room with full kitchen, the staff is nice, the breakfast is good.
