        First and last time that I place an order here. I placed an order ahead of time online, try last month ahead of time for Mother's Day for pick up. Before going, I had been checking for updates on the order, not a single one and that's why I grew concerned after my card being charged and everything. I get there and it's not even ready. What I ordered was a small arrangement and nothing elaborate and large. A couple of people were able to get their pickups before me and I was still there waiting . At this point, I have a suspicion that they grabbed one of the pre-made arrangements to have instead because what I got looked different from what I ordered. What's the point of ordering ahead of time if it's not ready and not get what I asked for?

        Do not order from this store! There was supposed to be a chocolate pop in it with xoxo reflecting the name and theme of the arrangement I ordered. No chocolate pop arrived. It also was stuffed full of kale, which is nowhere on the website in any arrangement. I called customer service who did absolutely nothing to satisfactorily resolve the issue. What was delivered was NOT what I ordered. Any company that actually cared would have delivered a new one, a correct one, today. Never ever again.
