I have been working with Martina Neckarova for a few weeks now on looking at homes to get an idea of what I want and what I need to do to make it happen. Martina is a phenomenal agent. We were looking for a house in Federal Hill with very exacting requirements and she want above and beyond to assist us. More than any incidental attribute of her technical abilities, she has tremendous empathy and brings a full heart to every client. She understands how important and emotional investing in a home can be and she was meticulous and diligent in holding our hands through the whole process. Her recommendations were equally of the highest caliber. I'm just sorry that there aren't more Martinas out there. Of all the real estate agents I have worked with in my life, I can truly say that she was the most caring and compassionate for my family. Few decisions we make in life are as important as the home we choose to make our own. She made the impossible.... possible. And we will be ever grateful.
