Oxford Square Apartments is a great place to call home Samantha the Property Management has a special way of making you feel like you are the most important person when she is speaking with you. Jackie makes you feel just as special. They know you when you call the office and want to help. You are never bothering them. Joseph and Jose always take the problems in your home seriously and will work hard to make sure the problem is resolved to your satisfaction. The community here is a true home. I am so happy to have chosen to make my home with my new extened family

Location wise it is in the heart of Rockville and close to everything but you still have to drive. Ample closet space in bedrooms. Pros: location location location. The location cant be beat but may be hard to turn into the complex as its off a busy street. The complex itself is fairly close to metro and the pike. Ample green areas surround the apartment, making it more nature friendly, and kind of tucked away. Vinyl wood flooring in common areas such as living room and kitchen (bedrooms are carpeted). Online payment and maintenance system. Fairly responsive maintenance ticketing system although some issues require more than one follow through. Management office on site seems friendly. They coordinate community events also. There is a community pool and Amazon lockers for package pickup. I think there is a gym somewhere on the complex too. Cons: they need soundproof flooring. If you live below an apt then you might hear sounds from the apt above. Difficult to get visitor parking permits even though system is online as the visitor permit requires a lot of info of the visitor including VIN. The complex allows smoking but cautions against it. They should ban smoking altogether. The complex allows pets with a deposit and frequently encourages owners to pick up after their pets via email yet some owners dont pick up after them. One trash dumpster for the complex. May get messy prior to weekly trash pick up from the trash service. In the summer there could be back to back maintenance such as paving or inspections etc. Paving alone could be better managed in smaller phases to find alternative parking.

Great place to live! Management at this property is the absolute best! Everyone is always so helpful and kind which is extremely hard to find these days.
