For everyone who read my last review of Enterprise Car Sales about one month ago in which I recounted my bad experience buying a used Toyota Camry (requiring several immediate expensive repairs), I am hereby telling a completely different and transformative story. Please read on. Michael, a Senior Sales Associate with Enterprise Car Sales, contacted me about ten days ago and offered me an opportunity to trade in my Toyota Camry for a different car AND stated the company was willing to accept the Toyota for near full value for what I paid for the car. I jumped at the offer and I arrived the next day ready to look at replacement cars. When I arrived, Michael stated, We have a car which I think you will like. The car turned out to be a 2022 Honda Civic. I test drove it, loved it, and within two hours I drove the car off the lot. Michael followed through with everything he said on the phone: full value for the Toyota and a replacement car that I would like. Later in the week, I arranged for a mechanic (a different mechanic than I used last time) to examine the Honda for any potential repairs. The mechanic told me the car was like new. We looked at the engine and I have since concluded it is the cleanest, most immaculate engine in a used car I have ever seen (my Honda has been driven about 56,000 miles). It is not often that one finds a business (Enterprise Car Sales) which acknowledges that it made a major mistake, accepts responsibility for that mistake, AND then provides a replacement product (the car and the financing) which goes way beyond just meeting minimum expectations. In summation, my life is truly transformed and I am grateful to Michael and his two managers, Annie and Darnell for being willing to make the necessary changes and make me happy.
