My sister and I just went through the process of helping our parents sell their home of 58 years. We had a very short time frame to accomplish this task. We partnered with Joe Huff and Becca Huff from Long and Foster Real Estate. We discussed our concerns, schedules, and thoughts. Joe and Becca stated we were in good hands, and they could get us to the finish line. The partnership was formed, and we went to work.
