        Zero star. The worst customer service ever. We came twice and were asked to go away because they had members night only. It is not mentioned in the Groupon anywhere. Worstanage and employees. They are very rude. None of them seem to know their job. Please skip this location if you are planning to host birthday party or just thinking about bringing your kids. The place is very dirty and not kept well.

        If you are thinking about booking your kids party here .. do not , I repeat DO NOT! Let me tell you what you will be getting with the Epic party package depending on the time of your party they will tell you to arrive 30 mins early.. and you would think that would be to set up your party room . But no! Youre not allowed inside your party room until an hr before your party is over. So if you arrive at 3:30 you wont get into your room until 5:30. So if you have grandparents attending your kids party they wont have anywhere to sit because the food area is completely over crowded. They give you 1 pizza thats 8 slices for your 10 kids .. so expect to buy at least 2-3 more pizzas. Except to spend a little over 500.00 this package.and for a party room you will only have for 1 hr in along with 1 lrg pizza ( 8 slices ) for ten kids. I should have taken my daughter back to great wolf lodge for this price ! Never again !
