Instructor Traci is patient, flexible, and helps to bring out your best in a safe and loving environment whether you are a beginner or a professional. Truly worth the 5 star review! Im a former gymnast/cheerleader who has been looking for a workout outlet that would truly resinate with me. Once I came across Dynamic Hammock I instantly loved it and knew it was the place for me. The coaching is truly great with accessibility to ALL levels. The team dynamic really makes it feel like home as well. I could go into class having a hard day but I know I will leave with a genuine smile and a heart full of positivity! If your a former preform or even just looking for something new to try this is the PERFECT place for you! From training to preforming youll be in good hands and great company with Traci and Dynamic Hammock!

Ive been going to Dynamic Hammock for about a year now; and it has been life changing. I have made so many friends and feel so supported by this amazing community. Traci is a true master and artist of the hammock. She has an amazing ability to cater to all skill levels and make sure everyone is included. She offers a variety of classes and workshops that are unique and allow you to explore endless possibilities within aerial dance. Brigit is also a master of chair dance and had brought even more dance/artistic opportunities to DH. If you have ever been interested in aerial, chair, or are looking to try something new/step outside of a typical workout, definitely give Dynamic Hammock a try. You won't regret it.

Traci is amazing: she is a very talented teacher, and her classes are always fun and challenging. Dynamic Hammock is truly where art meets physical fitness. Ever since I was a very beginner, I always felt comfortable and at ease in her classes and was able to progress quickly.

I love the aerial dance, aerial tricks and chair classes here. Theres always something new to learn and such fun choreography. Traci tailors the lesson levels to whichever students sign up on a given day with beginner and advanced options so everyone can improve their skills.
