We had a conference call scheduled and at the last minute we were told to reschedule "he's in court" was the excuse. Now for good part, we rescheduled for a conference call with Phil Summers and he never showed up for the call. Then he called 20 minutes later and blew us off again for a probate matter. Said "I called in at 10 am but that was yesterday's time! STAY AWAY!!!

Attorney Samantha Gentel at Generations Law Group is fantastic. We came to Generations Law in a near crisis mode as my dad was failing at home and my mom was unable to care for him. They quickly stepped in to help us define a path forward that would protect my parents assets so that my mother could continue on her own while my dad got the care he needed. Samantha also helped us navigate a very difficult situation with power of attorney, finding a resource to evaluate competency and ultimately give us a new, workable POA that enabled me to execute my parents wishes. Now that I've been through all of this with my parents, I'll be headed back to Generations Law Group to do mine and my husband's estate planning soon.
