Not sure what has changed at this dealership. No call to review required service, no update midday. I had to call over and over to both service and sales - no one answered the phone. Someone from sales called back and transferred me to service so I could finally speak to someone. Informed me during my call they no longer do inspections which was a primary reason for the service visit. In the past, someone would have called to let me know. Overall runaround and waste of time.

Excellent service. Greg was very professional and knowledgeable. The experience was quick and efficient. Loaner car was readily available. I’ll be coming here for all my Volvo service.

Prime went out of business so I was forced to go back here for “warranty†work. I have not only the original factory Volvo warranty but also the extended warranty. First, they didn’t bother to tell me that they couldn’t get to my car the day I dropped it (had scheduled the appt about a month in advance and said I wouldn’t need a loaner as long as I got it back same day - they agreed) so it left me with no car for two days. And I had to CALL to find this out at end of day. Second, the issue was a failed seal on the sunroof that my regular mechanic identified as a known problem with the XC90s that can cause electrical failure due to slow water leak. Neither warranty covered it and I got attitude when I said I didn’t think it was right. MAJOR attitude. I called the warranty number and they said they couldn’t help unless Patrick called so they could understand the issue, and Patrick refused (!) I never ever leave bad reviews bc I sympathize so much with the service industry but this place is just awful. I will drive an hour plus to deal with warranty issues in future. This place is in no way worth the shorter drive.
