there is no counter person at boston logan airport just key drop off I parked my car in the wrong area didn't see sign and there was no worker there to tell anyone I better not have to pay more for fine .plus you charge me for 17 days and I only had the car for 4 nights your place is a scam

Sixt was wonderful. I had an issue driving over the exit spikes by mistake! I felt horrible, and the Sixt staff made me feel that everything was OK. They handled everything and quickly provided me with a new rental car, and never made me feel stupid or bad. The staff at the counter and at the vehicle booth were just outstanding. I will rent from Sixt again in a heartbeat.

***BEWARE*** Stay away from this rental car company. They deserve 0 stars!!! I rented a vehicle from Boston Logan Airport in November of 2022. Picked up the car on a Friday and barely drove it. Went to leave for a planned trip to NY on Sunday and after driving fifteen minutes and getting on the highway the Ford Bronco they rented me was overheating. Luckily I could get off the highway and park it. Long story short so no one ever showed up to tow it and this happened at 10:25 am after going back and forth all day they offered to bring me another vehicle and that was after 9:00pm and it would not have been delivered until close to 11:00 according to the tow truck company. I told the tow truck company do not pick up replacement vehicle and I cancelled my reservation. Luckily I knew someone close by that picked me up and didnt sit by myself in an unknown place. You ruined my whole trip and didnt get to see my sick son in NY. So months later I get a bill through email for over $1,600 dollars for towing and a bunch of other ridiculous fees. Reached out to customer service and asked for a manager or supervisor the rep told me I would receive a call back in two to three business days. When you call them guaranteed fifteen minute wait just to speak to someone also. Here it is almost eight months later and now received an email from a collection agency. Your company is the worst and my attorney will handle the rest.
