Joe and all others were great to work with- the pain of getting all the data together was brutal for me/us but they guided us well through the whole process. Some areas were difficult but their dedication and experience made it seem painless for us-when done! Lots of work but they did a superb job helping us and getting this done on such short notice-a lot of money in about 3 weeks-from start to the closing date- thanks all-THey are great

I felt supported by the team who was always ready to take a call or explain something in depth. It was great getting a call from Jeff offering me a lower percent on my interest rate. A bonus was being introduced to my wonderful realtor, Jackie O'Connor. I would most definitely recommend the Joe Smith team!
