California Pizza Kitchen at Prudential

This establishment supposedly lost my wife card after charging her for her meal when asked to speak to a manager about her missing card she was given a hard time by the servers, as they continued to search for her missing card I believe this establishment is corrupt and stole my girlfriends card because when speaking to the manager all he advised her to do was leave her name and number and he would get back to her if it was to show up Now luckily I was not present at the time but I will be reporting this. Just a heads up on anyone who eats at this establishment

Less than Mediocre. The pasta at least is weird, seems almost like they put whatever was in the kitchen into it and serve it. Kids Alfredo was more like soup than a pasta dish. Mine sounded interesting with tomato etc but it came out with slices of sandwich tomato and purple onion slices on the pasta.... Like fresh, not sauteed or anything. I'm not giving it one star overall bc I think this was done on purpose, so it wasn't just laziness. But seriously, there are so many good places around to ever come back here again.

I knew I was going into a chain restaurant. I have been to a California Pizza- years ago. It was terrible. The food BBQ pizza, plain cheese and a cheese burger. My 11 year old said the burger was like rubber and took two bites. The pizza was terrible like really terrible. The chicken on it tasted reheated. The bathrooms were dirty- paper towels everywhere- looked like a tourist bathrooms at a train station. Seriously this place is just gross and overpriced. Go to a local pizza place- I didnt do my research- thought how bad could it be.. yuck!!
