        I was trying to inquire about a new patient appointment, and I was put on hold for 30 minutes. At the end of 30 minutes, they ended the call on me without even picking back up. Had to recall and join the line again just to get the same treatment.

        Cancel my appointment less than 24 hours and told me they will put me on a waiting list. I just find it ironic that they took my credit card in case I cancel but cancel on me less than 18 hours of my appointment with no accountability ..... if I can give them negative stars I would!!
