Overpriced and Susan in the office is rude has NO customer service skills. She is so rude to tenants. She really needs to find another job. They show you a "Model" then you move in and the apartment is filthy. Mold all over the dishwasher grease all over the stove I was in aww why dont they get professional cleaners to clean these places! Then they charge you rent that is ridiculous my rent went up $100 my first year! You have to get pay for renters insurance another 20.00 a month. For Maintenance they are okay but they just come in when they want! They knock on the door and say maintenance if you dont answer they just walk on in. They give maintenance keys let them just walk on in Its like a motel not a home.

The leasing agent who showed the apartment was delightful. I'm looking forward to living there.

Its a place to live is where I will start off. Moved in 2018 at 1475 a month now in 2024 paying 2048 a month with our renewal coming up next month with an increase most likely. Apartment built with cheap materials carpet, tile, linoleum appliance r older than me (36). Floor boards squeak and creak at every step cuz they were not properly installed. Carpet rippling due to floor boards going up and down. Rude neighbors screaming in hallways slamming doors stomping up stairs. Blasting music in parking lot at all hrs of the night smoking pot on property and having it seep into our apartment. Guest parking in parking lots taking up spots for residents. Office not enforcing lease policies. People that work in the office r rude. Maintenance has no idea what they r doing, husband ends up fixing things after multiple failed attempts. The website says luxury buts it far from it.
