Absolutely disgusted. Went for an appointment due to a surgery. Was accused of being an insurance grader by the little fella at the desk because I didn't have my ID. Didnt matter that I had all the paperwork from my surgeon. He didn't care. Accused me of insurance fraud . Needless to say. I have already filed a ethics complaint.

I'm leaving a review on their unprofessional customer service. I wanted to make a first time appointment so I filled everything out online with my dental insurance. I tried to schedule for March. I got a call asking me for information I already filled out early this month. I thought my appointment for next month is locked in. Something told me to give them a call to make sure. I'm not even a blip on their schedule radar. So what was the point of filling out that first time patient form online? What was the point of talking to them on the phone to make sure my information was correct for said appointment if it was never scheduled to begin with? So the receptionist takes my insurance information again. They have my address and date of birth and tells me she will call me back with an appointment. I said fine. An hour later I get a text to fill out that first time patient form again. I just replied that I'm taking my business elsewhere. Making an appointment here is like pulling teeth!
