Real Property Management took ownership of our condo management a few months ago from another (evil) management company that unexpectedly dropped our service. RPM quickly onboarded and didn't skip a beat. They are very responsive and handle issues appropriately without us (the board) knowing or spending much time on it. They work thoroughly and show transparency through every step of the way. 6 stars. amazing.

I highly recommend RPM Boston. Our 32-unit condo complex reached out to RPM Boston for prospective management. From the initial call they were informative and accommodating. They agreed to meet with our association on site during a non-working day to accommodate the schedule of our board. John Hunt and his team are highly professional and most proficient. The terms of their contacts were very reasonable and transparent. If you are looking for an excellent management company for your condo complex, I recommend you start with RPM Boston. They are an awesome group!

Real Property Management has been nothing less than awesome! Weve been living in one the units they manage for the past 2 and a half years and there are no complaints about the responsibility and quality service provided to us throughout this time. Even though we dont like to submit requests, we were encouraged to always reach out about anything we needed and got a very fast response every single time! I would definitely recommend to anyone. Pretty professional business and friendly staff!

I applied for a FCFS 2 bedroom unit at 56-58 Bowdoin AVE. After about a month on their waitlist, I was given an invitation from Richard Estabrook to send in all necessary documents to move forward with the unit. Which was completed on 07/27/23. Once Richard received all the necessary paperwork we set up a time to view the unit on 08/01/23 with Zachary Hall for 6:00pm. At 5:30pm while I waited outside the property I then received an email stating the unit is no longer available and that there was some miscommunication on their end. I find this to be extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. So please keep this in mind when doing business with this company.

From a Property Owner: RPM Boston has been our property management company for several years. This property has 20+ units, in suburban Boston. RPM Boston has covered the property needs, including rentals, maintenance, tenant relations, accounts payables and receivables, recommendations to the property. The RPM Boston team has been responsive to all of our concerns related to maintaining occupancy, repairs, snow removal, etc. They provide a portal to tenants and a 24/7 service request line. The monthly reports RPM Boston provides to me are complete via the owners portal, which has archived reports/work orders. They will work with us if any special reports are requested. If you are a property owner, seeking a property managment company, I recommend that you interview with RPM Boston, to discuss what they will offer to your property.
