        I hope Kerri truly has the day she deserves today just like she brightened my morning. Shes not just drinking the corporate Kool Aid, shes chugging it. Update: The facetiousness of the 5 stars was apparently lost on whoever answered this.. In all honesty it does not seem like she got the memo about remaking drinks if a customer is not happy. And to make matters worse all I asked for was a little more milk in a $6 drink that was mostly ice, not a remake. Ill be reaching out for a refund at this point and I recommend others do the same if things arent being addressed at a store level.
