highly recommend V. Pitol Landscaping!! We had our front walkway done this summer. Van came out quickly for an estimate and was able to start the work within two weeks. He gave us ideas, recommendations and a great price. After the walkway was done, Vans crew came back a few times to adjust the pavers to fit the porch and stairs that my husband and I built. It was not matching up but Van would not stop until we were totally satisfied. He has a tremendous work ethic and is an all around nice guy. He truly cares about his business and the work he and his team produces. With the way our walkway came out, I would certainly use him for landscaping or any other project that may come up!! On 12Jun2020 we received an invoice for a mow and trim service with a service date of 08May2020. As we both were home this day I can confirm this work was never completed. We also had not requested service from your company in 2020. Last year when Mr Pitol came to our house we discussed working with you for the 2019 season and agreed on a rate of $45.00 per week. You informed us should we continue with your service the fee would increase to $50.00 per week in 2020. We told you in person at this time we would use your services in 2019 as we had just moved in but that we would be using someone different in 2020. Upon receiving the invoice for the mow in 2020 we called your office and were informed that we had not signed a letter to discontinue service in 2020 so we had to pay for a service we did not request. If you had actually completed this work we would pay but this is not the case. We also did not receive any letter and asked you to resend this document. On 12Jun2020 I emailed again asking for this letter, and proof of the work we were charged for in 2020, as I have explained we were both home on the day you billed us for a mow and did not see anyone from your company that day. Our new landscaper cut our grass the next week, it was quite high as it was the first cut of the year. I have discussed this twice with your office manager and emailed you on your website. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.

It is a serious company. The service is of excellent quality. They clarify our doubts, they transmit security and do an excellent job with the right price.
