We moved into a house with a steam system that was new to us ad cranky enough (twice) to need repair. We got incredibly fast help from Wilson, and Jason came out twice to tighten radiator fittings and replace a main vent. He was happy to do some teaching on steam heat while he was here, which is above and beyond - we loved learning more about what we can do ourselves vs. what we need to bring him back for.

These folks are responsive and smart. I am so grateful that they were able to get us a new hot water heater on a whole new system fast when our heating system's life ended. This has given us time to investigate our options for the heating system this summer which we needed. Gary has been amazing at advising and making a careful assessment for our estimate. Sometimes you get a better indication of the integrity of a company when things go wrong than when they go perfectly. That's when the true nature of the owner and the company becomes apparent. This was the case in our dealing with Wilson Services. First, the salesman, Steve, was great. He was friendly and diligent. We explained that we wanted to replace our HVAC with a heat pump system and keep our oil system for the coldest days. The quoted price was in the middle of a wide range of quotes. But I had a good feeling and going with the low bidder is often a mistake. The work crew were all great guys and we had no qualms having them in our house.It was a big job that involved having them all over running new refrigerant lines (which I wanted them do). The problem came when one of the 3 air handlers kept throwing a low pressure warning. Gary, the owner, would not stop looking for it until it was solved. I could tell that it was very important to him that the work be done right. Oh, and the refrigerant lines they ran. They knew we were installing solar soon so, while they were in there, they put some draw wires in place to help the solar people out. Pretty cool! I highly recommend Wilson Services. They are a company with integrity and they are good at what they do,
