      • PRIME TENT RENTAL

        We needed help with accounting and taxes, so we explained our needs and discussed how to save on taxes. After two meetings, James, the owner, suggested forming an S Corporation. He explained we'd have to pay extra for bookkeeping and a corp application but assured us it was the best option. We trusted his advice and went ahead. However, a few months later, the IRS rejected our S Corp application for 2023. We were never informed application might be denied. We ended up paying for bookkeeping and an S Corp fee without any benefit. When we asked James for a refund, he initially agreed but then changed his mind, leaving us out of pocket by almost $2k with nothing to show for it.
