Phenomenal staff, rooms & location! IM could walk anywhere or drive very short distance to hit all the hot spots. Tons of dining & nightlife as well as the historical downtown Salem a stone's throw away! The rooms were elegant, stylish & funky in all of the best ways! In room coffee was strong & delicious. Christi & Katie made a great impression. The GM Juan R. was on site when I checked in as well. He was a pleasure to engage with and you can tell he & his team really care!

Excellent place to stay at staff is absolutely friendly. The rooms are amazing. It's close to downtown Salem. It's perfect for a family vacation. We stayed in the ice castle room. It was perfect. Rooms: The ice castle was amazing. We also got a little tour of some of the other themed rooms that looked absolutely stunning. Nearby activities: It's near downtown Salem. So all of the hocus pocus science also museums shopping food. Safety: It's a quiet area lots of outdoor cameras I felt really safe. No loud music or loud noises. Walkability: The places absolutely safe to walk. It's a little distant from downtown Salem. But you can do the walk I did. It was great. It also has a great little bakery down the street called coffee time.

Great stay. Friendly staff, the club house is awesome, the rooms are very clean and beautiful. Very quiet and close to all the things Salem has to offer. We will absolutely stay again.

Super excited with the quality of professional customer service. Everyone is knowledgeable, friendly plus so accommodating. The vibe is a wonderful friendly experience. The room was beautiful, very clean and beds are comfortable. The bathroom has a great heater. I will definitely recommend The Cove to my family and friends.
