We had a great experience with Gardner Mattress. We needed to exchange our initial mattress because the first one was not a good fit for us, and instead we chose the Lux mattress. Kirk the owner was super helpful and made this transaction an easy one with minimal stress. We are very happy with our new mattress and highly recommend!

We are so impressed with the our shopping experience with Gardner Mattress! We walked into the Salem location and immediately were greeted by the staff. We shared what we were looking for and were given 3 options to choose from. Less than 30 minutes later we had our pick. The mattress was delivered a week later, they were 10 minutes before their scheduled delivery time and for $20 extra dollars they took our old mattress too. I highly recommend Gardner Mattress, all shopping should be this seamless.

Ive been having Gardner make me box spring and mattress sets since the mid 1970s when I bought my first antique bed. Liked the quality so much that since I left New England for California thirty years ago, I continue to have them shipped to me here. Ive lived with a bad back all my life, and for custom or regular mattresses you cant do better!

So grateful to have found Gardner Mattress after having a bad experience with another company. Zach at the Salem location was extremely helpful both over the phone and in the store, answering all my questions and helping me identify the perfect mattress to fit both my budget and my needs. He was so informative and patient in presenting the options and narrowing them down to select a product I'm so happy with! This company came highly recommended from other satisfied customers, and now I know why!
