We are very pleased with the prompt and excellent service we received from Potter Media on our website. Our website was hacked and was displaying advertising for other products. Our former web designer was unable to fix the problem properly and we hired John Potter Media to repair it. He and his team repaired the website the same day and added new security to the website which has been fine since they took over. Highly recommend John Potter Media for website security and hosting!

I have had the pleasure to work with John for over the last year or so. John is extremely talented when it comes to creating Web pages, assisting with the set up of email addresses, print projects, etc. He hosts our domain without issue, when I had an issue he provided us with his immediate attention and resolved the problem. John answers his phone, replies to emails and voice mail messages, he is very responsive to his customers needs.
