        Premier Water Systems made my upgrade to cleaner/purer water a breeze from consultation (with Cory) to installation (with Nick). Nick did a top-notch install. I perform marine electronics installations and have high standards when it comes to plumbing and wiring. Nick did not disappoint. Couldnt be happier with the Kinetico System too. Ill definitely recommend Premier to anyone in search of a water treatment system. Thanks again guys!!

        Tyler came to our home to swap out the filters. While taking care of the system, he also noticed that the floater was stuck due to the way I put the salt in the tank. He fixed the floater, swapped out the filters, and was gone in no time. The people at Premier do a terrific job for us!

      Hi Joshua, Since you did not mention your issue, I'm unable to offer a solution and resolve your problem. Looks like the system was installed 8/15/13 by the original client and you purchased the house, with the system, from them. It seems as if your 1st contact with us was on 10/23/23. I did find some notes in your client history so I will paste them here. (Newest date 1st)03/11/24 JMG Test Strip tested hard not soft, Paula may have looked at the wrong test strip. Josh may want a quote on new 2030s.*3/7/24 (PA) Test Strip: SOFT L/M to Joshua*10/20/23 (PA) New Owner (Josh Haffner) Called w/questions regarding system. Does not seem to be working. Water feels hard and Potassium in brine tank is solid as a rock. Control head seems questionable as well. Last service call was 11/11/2019. System was out of Potassium. We offered to fill the tank but client said she will purchase and add it herself. I offered to set a service (bring control head and float in case they are needed) - He will speak w/wife and call when ready to set service.*These are all the notes in your client file....As I mentioned earlier, please feel free to call me at the office or I will reach out to you so we can discuss and resolve your issue.
