        Rude for absolutely no reason. I wasnt disputing the bill or the need for the service. Just no reason to be mean whi just wanted to pay their bill.

        There are countless 1 star reviews about 1 unprofessional rude elderly employee at the front desk, who stated to us I have nothing better to do when asked why she was giving us an attitude for no reason. Very unprofessional and rude customer service, I would stay very far away from this company. And if youre being towed and have to deal with the front desk lady, be aware that you will be talked down upon and she will take our her problems selfishly on you the customer. If i could give 0 stars I would, and would love for her manager to contact me. Service: Car towing
