John has the best prices around by far. I called around to get estimates for a UV light filtration system and John's prices were 3 times lower than any other water filtration supplier I talked to.

I ordered refrigerator three water filters from them. In my attempt to replace my water filter, the new one didnt work. It wouldnt turn to lock in place. I contacted the company (John) and initially he had some O rings sent to me, at no cost to me, to replace the O rings on the filters I had ordered. They turned out to be to big. I contacted John again and for one last attempt before sending the filters back, he suggested I try some silicone grease on the original O rings if I were comfortable doing that or he would refund me. I tried the grease and the filter went into place and turned to lock in place. I like the fact they were willing to provide suggestions to resolve the issue and were willing to refund my purchase if their suggestions didnt work. Its the way things used to be in our country. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Furthermore, Im retired and if they were in my state or vice versa, and if they needed help, Id gladly be onboard. My experience was very refreshing.
