Lyla made everything so painless and easy! She has so much experience, has great advice, and is trustworthy making me feel very confident. She is very detail oriented which not only made the process go smoothly but I am convinced those small details made all the difference and brought in multiple strong offers. She is very organized and went above and beyond in terms of communication. She was available to answer all my questions. Once my listing went up, I looked at similar listings and because of all her hard work, I know my home was at the top competition. I have recommended her in the past and I will continue to do so.

Cathy Petchell, who as our point person in the Property Management role is excellent. Cathy is professional and helpful to both the "renter" and the "owner" with her insights, suggestions and constructive help guides both tenants and property owner to achieve a mutually happy balance between our respective roles and responsibilities. My husband and I recently had the pleasure of working with Scott Guyor and Becki Gersh for our real estate needs in Ann Arbor. We LOVED Stephanie Roberts and had a great experience working with her. She has a great personality and always made us feel like we were her top priority. She was available at all times of the day through email, text and phone calls, and had no trouble remembering every small detail across the various platforms. She really advocated for us and made sure we got the best deal possible. We were first time homebuyers, so it was important to us that our realtor walked us through each step. Stephanie was highly knowledgeable, super patient and willing to answer any question we had thoroughly. She also was very reassuring throughout the whole process, and made us feel in control and comfortable, which was essential for us as first time homebuyers. We would highly recommend her!
