Would have left a 0 star if that was an option. Towels were like sandpaper , multiple things in our room were broken, bathroom door did not shut. First night the room next door had loud music into the next morning - a complaint still left us till 2 am listening to them - calling the front desk required our cell phone as the room phone didnt work. Second night the next room yelled and screamed and threw items all night. Our complaint that night went with zero response from the front desk - we got no sleep and no apology or compensation for our complete lack of sleep. We checked out early at 8:00am and they were still fighting Will not be choosing Choice Hotels for our next stays and NEVER coming back to this hotel. Even our email and text to share our experience have not resulted in any effort to make up for the worst hotel we have ever stayed at

Hotel Sheets was not clean and the Heat didnt work. Sheets had some blood on them and hair. Pool water was cold and the place didnt even have a jacuzzi

I had the worst car trouble attempting to get there, I was worried, but let me say, Sam came through for us! He helped me two times in very amazing ways, so I'm grateful for your staff! Thank you again!!
