        XPO driver showed up to my cottage at 9:00 am with HVAC order. Only problem, I was 190 miles away, the shipment was supposed to be an afternoon delivery. Called Amber and she reassured my it would be delivered that afternoon. Received another call while driving from Matt who wanted to know my ETA. Shipment showed up 5 minutes after I had arrived. Thanks to everybody at XPO for correcting a little snafu.....

        I had very nice experience working with Amber. She was extremely professional and communicated well in getting my shipment unstuck. Even though my shipment arrived later than the stated ETA, (seems typical post COVID) I felt that Amber put the effort in to track it and speed things up where she could. Don - East Jordan, MI

        Took the day off from work to wait for them to deliver my new couch. Supposed to be here between 10am and 2pm. It is now 6pm and have not heard from them. Poor service, no contact as to when they will be here or if there even coming. Do not recommend.
