        Tim took the time to research my ice maker issue before making the drive to my home and was able to give me an estimate without charging for a service visit which saved me a great deal of money. He also gave me part numbers and sources in case I wanted to tackle the job myself. Great customer service IMO.

        I made an appointment with this "company" for refrigerator repair. Someone was supposed to arrive today between the hours of 9-11, no one came and no one called. When I called several times there was no answer. He showed up and more then made up for being late he actually cleaned my daughter's freezer! The fridge works great now. Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Sales people just don't have the knowledge or experience that trained professional technicians have to get the most out of their appliance. Customers can always reference your owners manual, call on the manufacturer because they have trained people that can help you, and call on an experienced repair technician. I want appliance owners to enjoy their appliance purchase and get the most out of their appliance. Many times, some appliances have accessories you can purchase directly from the manufacturer. It's amazing how much is offered that people are not aware of.
