All Water and Drains

Called this guy out because our pipes were backed up, he barely made it in the pipe before saying the whole sewer was collapsed. Was talking about having to hydro jet it before he even stuck the auger in the toilet and said that would be $1900, that he was going to charge half of what he'd usually charge to auger because he was unable to fix the problem, he still charged $300, we called root away they had it unblocked within 20 minutes for $150 and it would've only been $450 to hydrojet it don't use this guy. Shawn and his team did a wonderful job completing a 3- piece bathroom install in my basement. Very impressed by the quality of his work.
